Job Skills / Requirements
LACOSTA is seeking motivated, reliable team members with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to support daily Maintenance Operations in the Bedford, OH area. This role is responsible for general upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Hours:
* Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours / week)
Salary:
* $20.00 - $22.00
* Additional Sign on Bonus Offered
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, walls, floors, ceilings)
* Patch, paint, caulk, and install fixtures
* Operate hand and power tools, as well as equipment (pressure washers, shop vacs, compactors, balers)
* Complete routine cleaning, carpet care, and emergency cleanups
* Conduct basic inspections (safety equipment, drains, etc.)
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Commitment to safety and teamwork
* Effective communication and reliability
* Pass background checks and drug screening
