Description
The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.

- Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
- Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs.
- Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
- Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Vehicle maintenance as required.
- One or more years of experience preferred.
- Demonstrate customer service skills & service‑oriented mindset.
- Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload and to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
- High School Degree or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License, required.
- Hours per Week: 40; overtime available.
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 5:30 am – 2:00 pm.
The salary range for this position is $22-28 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
