Job Skills / RequirementsLACOSTA is seeking motivated, reliable team members with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to support daily Maintenance Operations in the Bedford, OH area. This role is responsible for general upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours / week)
Salary:
- $22.00
- Additional Sign on Bonus Offered
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, walls, floors, ceilings)
- Patch, paint, caulk, and install fixtures
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as equipment (pressure washers, shop vacs, compactors, balers)
- Complete routine cleaning, carpet care, and emergency cleanups
- Conduct basic inspections (safety equipment, drains, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Effective communication and reliability
- Pass background checks and drug screening
