• Keep floors clean, polished, and safe throughout the facility

• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors (vinyl, tile, and more)

• Operate equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums

• Respond quickly to spills and safety hazards

• Complete floor projects with minimal disruption to residents

• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines

• Maintain equipment and report any issues

• Support the Environmental Services team as needed

• Previous experience with floor care; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred

• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing, and floor maintenance techniques

• Ability to safely operate floor care equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
