Floor Technician (Full-Time) – Texas Health HEB

Location:

Texas Health HEB – 1600 Hospital Parkway, Bedford, TX 76022. Full‑time shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, days may vary including weekends and holidays. Fixed pay rate: $17.00 per hour. Prior floor care experience preferred.

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment and automated equipment for large‑area cleaning.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
