• Enhance curb appeal by removing trash, debris, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property
• Clean common areas, including breezeways, walkways, and amenity spaces
• Assist the service team with daily tasks and community needs
• Help maintain pool and outdoor areas (training provided if needed)
• Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Have reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Enjoy working outdoors in the Texas summer heat and varying weather conditions
• Are physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and stand for extended periods
• Bring a positive attitude and customer‑service mindset when interacting with residents
• Can follow instructions and also work independently to complete tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in cleanliness
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
