Maintenance Assistant

Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at The Artesian at Bee Cave.

As a Maintenance Assistant
, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas, along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.

• Inspectandmaintaintheproperty,buildingsandequipment.
• Organize,prioritizeandcompleteunitmake-readies,service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies,toolsandequipmentneededfor maintenanceandrepairs.

• One year of maintenance experience in property management or related field
• Possession of minimum tools required
• Ability to be available“oncall”24hours,seven days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, Credit Check, MVR

• Hourly Rate
• Full-time
