ASU‑Beebe is seeking (2) Part‑Time Maintenance Assistants to work on ground maintenance and landscaping, set‑up for meetings and special events.

• Grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, tree and plant maintenance)
• Set‑up and support for meetings and special events
• Working after hours and on weekends when needed (emergency)
• Support of faculty and staff (equipment, supplies, and special needs)
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines. Equivalent to four years of high school, with particular emphasis during high school in office skills, shop skills, or others. 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. Must have a valid driver’s license.

$13.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre‑employment criminal, sex‑offender registry background check. In cases where pre‑determined, an additional financial/credit history/background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
