Part-Time Maintenance Worker (Beebe Campus) – part‑time/extra help.

• Assists with pressure washing.
• Assists Grounds with weed eating and mowing.
• Assists with unloading materials.
• Assists with special projects and support services.
• Assists with event set ups and tear downs.
• Assists with sweeping and cleaning maintenance warehouse.
• Assists with cleaning the work site.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with skilled tradesmen.
• Assists with minor painting work.
• Assists with basic maintenance tasks.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

$13.00 per hour.

Stand regularly; walk continuously; sit occasionally; use hand to finger, handle, or feel continuously; reach with hands and arms continuously; climb or balance regularly; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl regularly; talk or hear continuously; taste or smell occasionally; lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
