ASU
-Beebe, a two-year residential community college part of the Arkansas State University System, is seeking (2) Part-Time Maintenance Workers for the Beebe Campus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists with Pressure Washing

2. Assists Grounds with Weed Eating and Mowing

3. Assists with unloading materials

4. Assists with special projects and support services

5. Assists with event set ups and tear downs

6. Assists with sweeping and cleaning Maintenance warehouse

7. Assists with cleaning the work site

8. Ability to work independently

9. Ability to collaborate with skilled tradesmen

10. Assists with minor painting work

11. Assists with basic maintenance tasks

12. Performs related responsibilities as required or as assigned

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
