Maintenance Assistant

Overview

Maintenance Assistant – The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds to ensure a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.
• Supportive presence: create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Work toward a common goal of excellent care for our residents as part of a collaborative team.

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
