Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner / Floor Technician to clean a manufacturing facility in Beech Grove, Indiana.

This part-time evening position offers a steady weekday schedule and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently. If you take pride in keeping buildings clean, safe, and organized, we'd love to have you on our team.

As a Commercial Cleaner / Floor Technician, you will:

• Clean different areas throughout the facility
• Sweep and mop floors in production and common areas
• Operate an automatic floor scrubber and other floor care equipment
• Empty trash and replace trash liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms
• Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Clean entrances, hallways, and walkways
• Follow company cleaning procedures and all safety guidelines
• Report maintenance problems or low cleaning supplies to your supervisor
• Complete your assigned work while meeting quality standards

To qualify for this position, you should:

• Have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred, but not required)
• Have experience using floor scrubbers or similar equipment (a plus, but not required)
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks during your shift
