Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Facilities Specialist (Field Based in the Indianapolis area) to maintain restaurants through preventive and corrective facility maintenance. You will supervise market-level facility activities, perform monthly site visits, and develop maintenance schedules for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration.
You will train managers and staff, conduct seminars, and provide detailed maintenance recaps to the Operations Team.
