- $22–$42/hour
, paid biweekly, plus: - Monthly renewal bonus

Location:Bel Air, MD.
Type: Full-time: 8AM-5PM Tuesday though Saturday.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty homes move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
