Transdev in Bel Air, MD is hiring a Parts Clerk for the Harford County Government contract. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:
- Competitive compensation package of a minimum of $18.00 - maximum $21.00 per hour
Benefits include:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock parts
- Provide counter service
- Deliver parts to technicians
- Clean and organize shelves, bins, racks, etc.
- Lookup parts bin locations in database
- Maintain a clean and orderly parts facility.
- Manage cores and parts returns
- Assist in parking vehicles
- Assist in removing trash, used tires, and used oil filters
- Sweeping of floors in parts room and shop
- The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the company as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
- Push and pull objects up to 65 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
