Salary Range: $21.00 To $22.00 Annually

Our Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

• Maintain the physical appearance and integrity of the apartment community
• Ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors
• Complete apartment make‑ready procedures such as painting, servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures, repairing old and faulty parts, replacing burnt‑out light bulbs, checking/changing locks, and cleaning
• Make regular inspections of grounds, buildings, lighting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances and major equipment, and perform repairs as necessary with the approval of the Property Manager
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and keep inventory of tools, equipment and maintenance supplies
• Maintain apartment community curb appeal by performing necessary lawn care
• Takes after‑hours emergency calls, as assigned

• Experience in property maintenance is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills essential for working on various projects

• Required to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be available for on‑call emergencies at all hours
• Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation
• Strong time management, planning and organizational abilities

Work Hours:

Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm

Yes

Weekly hours: 40

Overtime: as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00–$22.00 hourly
