BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1500 enthusiastic employees.

Ensure general maintenance and minor repairs of buildings and equipment to guarantee proper functioning and safety for all occupants.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor interventions and report any anomalies.
• Handle small installation and improvement projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in technical areas.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance.
• Education/technical background
  :
  Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent); technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience.
• IT skills
  :
  Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Languages
  :
  Fluent in French & Dutch. English is a plus.
