Rigger – Monteur | Stabroek

We are seeking a Rigger – Monteur to work at multiple locations across Belgium with the possibility of international assignments. The role focuses on the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of both small and large equipment such as pumps, pipelines, conveyor belts, compressors, steel structures, and other technical apparatus.

• Ensure that all dismantled or to‑be‑mounted components are safely handled and transported according to established procedures.
• Accurately place, position, and align equipment in compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, providing support during rigging and mounting operations.
• Work at heights without hesitation.
• Experience with structural welding or thermal cutting is a plus.
• Hold a valid B driver's licence.
• Speak fluent Dutch and have basic knowledge of English.
• Be comfortable working outdoors under varying conditions.
• Be willing to work sporadically for extended periods abroad.
• Do not mind longer working days when required by the project.
• Operate with precision, flexibility, and thrive in a team environment.
• Hold certifications in Load Handling, VCA, tall‑work platform operation, and flange mounting.

Required technical knowledge includes bolts, seals, and tools. Prior experience as a rigger‑engineer is essential. Flexibility to travel internationally and adapt to project requirements is expected.
