Wekelijks wordt er nieuw kantoormeubilair geleverd in ons magazijn. Dit meubilair dient uitgeleverd en geïnstalleerd te worden door onze montagedienst.
Samen met fijne collega de volgende taken uitvoeren:
- Nieuwe orders klasseren volgens week van levering/uitvoering
- Telefonisch of via mail afspraken vastleggen met de eindklant.
- Planning en werkfiches opmaken volgens route
- Na de uitvoering nagaan of alles goed verlopen is en eventueel feedback geven
- Nacalculatie en facturatie voorbereiden
- Vlotte babbel met de klant, enthousiasme, positief ingesteld
- Zeer goed Nederlands en Frans spreken en schrijven
