Facility Maintenance Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facility Maintenance Specialist in Belux.

The Facility Maintenance Specialist supports all hard & soft service aspects as part of facilities management. All assets are maintained to maximize life, optimize performance and minimize disruptions. The role ensures required SLAs for soft services (catering, cleaning, hospitality, vending, landscaping, waste, pest control, Health & Safety, branding & signage, furniture) are met.

Advise and support the Facility Management team in the Belux region on a tactical level: scope changes, legal changes, projects (small refurbishments, moves, preventive maintenance plans, industry best practices).

• Engineering Management experience, with a track record of performance/service improvement and strong customer focus.
• Experience delivering against contractual targets, PM schedules, and KPIs.
• Experience delivering a service provision on a site with strong permit to work systems.
• Asset Management experience covering administrative, contractual and financial aspects of a facilities management contract.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of IFM Administrative Tool preferable.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; report writing in Dutch and English.
• Travel throughout Belux.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy & attention to detail.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
• Ability to present complex issues in structured, simple manner.
• Good judgement & reasoning, evaluating maintenance vs operational requirements, determining priority.
• Experience defining performance expectations in contractual processes and using them to manage supplier performance.
• Profound knowledge of mechanical & electrical principles and practices.
• Profound knowledge of maintenance requirements for material handling, facility equipment and FM services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch & English).
• Highly engaged, self‑motivated individual.
