Als leercoach begeleid je leerlingen uit het lager onderwijs, het secundair of de examencommissie. Je werkt in een vast traject van minimaal twee sessies. Je helpt hen met de leerstof, en evengoed met zelfvertrouwen, structuur en studeermethode, zodat ze weer op eigen kracht verder kunnen.
- Je geeft online sessies via ons platform. Video, chat en een gedeeld whiteboard zitten ingebouwd.
- Je werkt met een duidelijk leerprofiel per leerling.
- Je bepaalt zelf je beschikbaarheid. Geen vaste uren, geen verplichtingen.
