Als Technieker sta je in voor het oplossen van storingen, uitvoeren van geplande herstellingen en onderhoud aan een breed gamma technische installaties, nutsvoorzieningen en infrastructuur binnen een aantal van onze woonzorgcentra.
Meer concreet:- Je herstelt handvaten, glas, rails van deuren en ramen;
- Je monteert of demonteert onder andere meubels, tussenwanden & valse plafonds;
- Je doet verfraaiingswerken zoals kleine schilder-en renovatiewerken;
- Je controleert en onderhoud sanitaire installaties en centrale verwarming;
- Je onderhoudt en herstelt elektrische installaties zoals ventilatie, oproepsystemen en verlichting;
- Je beheert een voorraad aan werkmateriaal en plaatst hiervoor de nodige bestellingen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de herstelling en opvolging van verscheidene technische issues voor jouw sites. Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging via ons onlineplatform en stelt hierin zelf de juiste prioriteiten.
