• Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance of equipment and hotel facilities.
• Arrange routine maintenance in rooms, lobbies and facilities, ensuring safety management is in place to reduce risk.
• Organise hotel inspections to ensure infrastructure and grounds meet expected conditions.
• Manage contracts with external maintenance providers and supervise service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relations with external stakeholders such as fire prevention bureau and vendors.
• Elaborate project plans and proposals, evaluating budget, timing, team, information and standards.
• Control and follow up energy consumptions and maintenance costs (water, electricity).
• Study and implement cost‑saving and energy‑conserving measures.
• Ensure guest incidents and issues are attended in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Coordinate department objectives and activities with heads of other departments, exchanging knowledge and information.
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring correct and collaborative teamwork.

• At least 3‑4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel/service industry of similar size and complexity.
• Vocational training in electrical and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance and related fields.
• Fluency in local language mandatory; knowledge of English highly valuable.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electric and electronic systems.
• Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, SAP, GMAO/CMMS, BMS, etc.).
• Results driven and focus on detail.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
