The mission of the shifted teams will be focused on preventive maintenance during production and urgent interventions.

Reporting hierarchically to the Supervision and Intervention Manager, your mission is to prioritize and assign maintenance interventions within your team while collaborating during the completion of tasks, in order to guarantee the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that interventions are carried out in accordance with planning, priorities and work instructions, while meeting prescribed quality and safety standards and as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Your tasks will include:

• Ensure the supervision of your team of maintenance technicians and distribute tasks according to priorities and the established schedule;
• Ensure the quality and efficiency of the execution of maintenance interventions, ensuring compliance with safety standards, deadlines and performance objectives;
• Participate in or lead technical and/or operational routines and meetings to ensure a continuous improvement process for your team, communicate objectives and provide feedback;
• Manage the development of your team by determining the desired competency profiles by role, measuring the skills of maintenance technicians and implementing actions with regard to personal development plans;
• Supervise the work of subcontractors by monitoring the execution of the work and validating intervention reports;
• To ensure that your work environment is kept clean and orderly, in accordance with applicable safety, quality and environmental guidelines;
• Actively ensure compliance with standards in terms of SQDCPE (Security, Quality, Deliverable, Cost, People & Environment);
• Ensure that your team's technical intervention reports are completed on time and according to the expected quality criteria;
• Ensure the replacement of your team's automation & electricity Maintenance Technician in terms of plant fire monitoring, acting as a scout for each fire alarm issued by the fire monitoring center;
• You train as a Chief SLCI (Fire Fighting Service) to ensure the safety of the plant's property and people during your presence on site.

• You have a bachelor's degree with a technical orientation or in industrial maintenance (or equivalent with experience);
• You are a true leader who can adapt your leadership to the people to be coached and developed;
• With a "field" mindset, you have already successfully carried out a team management role in a Maintenance environment;
• You are a coach for your team members and you help them develop;
• You are a good listener, proactive, assertive and endowed with real communication intelligence;
• You are autonomous and are recognized for your rigor and organization;
• You are comfortable with computer tools (Office suite, RIMSES).
