Process Technician Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of the sludge processing and dryer. You will conduct rounds, take samples, check measurements, and adjust process parameters as necessary. Your strong knowledge of electromechanics will help you identify electrical and mechanical faults, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will also ensure proper administrative follow-up and reporting. This position requires working in a shift system, including early, day, and late shifts, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays.

• Manage the process of sludge processing and drying.
• Conduct rounds and take samples.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
• Work in a shift system, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong knowledge of electromechanics and electricity.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience working in a shift system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Mandatory vaccinations for Hepatitis A and Tetanus.
• Completion of training for confined space entry and safety watch provided by the client.
• Possession of a valid BA competency certificate is required.
