Bozeman Site Services is hiring dependable Snow Plow Drivers for the upcoming winter season.

This position is built for someone who wants seasonal winter work and doesn't need year-round employment. You'll be part of our snow operations team, helping keep commercial and residential properties throughout the Bozeman area safe and accessible during Montana winter weather.

Snow removal isn't a Monday-through-Friday, 8-to-5 job. Our schedule follows the weather.

When a storm hits, you may work early mornings, overnight, weekends, or holidays. When there isn't snow to clear, you may not have scheduled hours.

You'll operate company snow removal equipment and be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing assigned properties.

The seasonal snow position runs from approximately November 1 through April 30
.

Seasonal Snow Plow Drivers are hired specifically for snow operations and are not eligible for non-snow landscape work between snow events.

Snow work can be a great fit if you want strong hourly pay during the winter without committing to a year-round position.

BSS provides the equipment and training needed to perform your assigned snow route safely and efficiently. Experienced operators can put their skills to work, while candidates with related equipment experience may have the opportunity to learn our snow operations.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and changing Montana weather
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require it
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Dependable attendance and communication
• Snow removal or equipment experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong related experience

$29–$32/hour, depending on experience.

This is a seasonal position anticipated to run from November 1 through April 30
. Hours are weather-dependent and are not guaranteed.

Seasonal employees are not eligible for non-snow landscape work between snow events.
