Bozeman Site Services is hiring dependable Snow Shovel Crew Members for the upcoming winter season.

You'll be part of our snow operations team, helping keep sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other pedestrian areas safe and accessible throughout the Bozeman area.

Snow removal isn't a Monday-through-Friday, 8-to-5 job. Our schedule follows the weather.

When a storm hits, you may work early mornings, overnight, weekends, or holidays. Snow operations are weather-driven, so schedules and hours will vary throughout the season.

You'll work as part of a snow crew clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other assigned areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other snow-removal equipment.

Seasonal Snow Shovel Crew Members are hired specifically for snow operations and are not eligible for non-snow landscape work between snow events.

Snow work can be a great fit if you want strong hourly pay during the winter without committing to a year-round position.

BSS provides the equipment and training you need to do the job safely and efficiently. Previous snow-removal experience is helpful, but we're also willing to train dependable people who are ready to work.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snow, and changing Montana weather
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including shoveling snow for extended periods
• Ability to safely use snow blowers and other snow-removal equipment
• Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require it
• Dependable attendance and communication
• Previous snow removal or outdoor work experience is helpful but not required

$25-$28/hour, depending on experience.
