Turnkey Property Services is seeking a reliable Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to support day-to-day maintenance operations and unit turnover across the properties we service. This field-based role moves between properties, handling several work orders per shift, with independent work and occasional coordination with other technicians.
You will perform repairs, make-ready tasks on vacant units, respond to resident requests promptly, and maintain detailed records and photos for each job.
