We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler/Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for the movement, organization, and tracking of materials within our facility. In addition to material handling duties, this role will support general facility maintenance including lawn care, snow removal, and minor repairs as needed.

• Transport materials to designated areas using forklifts, hand trucks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Inspect and verify deliveries against packing slips, invoices, or manifests.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and storage areas for accessibility, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries, including securing and staging materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal upkeep
• Snow removal: shoveling walkways, salting, and using snow blowers as needed
• Minor maintenance and repair tasks, including cleaning, painting, or basic equipment upkeep

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in material handling, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification a plus).
• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to weather elements. Safety equipment will be provided.

Expected hours: 20 to 32 hours per week.
