Responsibilities and Qualifications
The school community of St. Isidore School in Bellevue is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill a full-time custodial and maintenance position (schedule to be determined). Reporting to the Head Custodian, the successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the school and maintaining both the interior and exterior of the facility. The custodian will also provide support to school staff as needed.
The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning procedures. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Floor maintenance and cleaning;
- Sanitation and cleaning of washrooms and other facilities;
- Cleaning of lunchrooms and eating areas;
- Disinfecting surfaces;
- Snow removal from sidewalks and access areas as required;
- Performing other related duties associated with the maintenance of the school.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, reliability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
