Executive Housekeeper (Evergreen)

Bellevue, NE. Position:
Full Time.

Pay Rate: $19.52 per hour ($16.52 base + $3 differential for all hours worked) with shift differentials.

Block schedules working every other weekend. 10 shifts of eight hours biweekly.

Hours:

6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Perform essential housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for Veterans.
• Conduct routine maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping work.

Minimum qualifications:

No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.

• Knowledge of safety precautions in building maintenance operations; commercial cleaning practices, equipment, supplies, and techniques.
• Skill with building maintenance equipment; basic office and computer skills including competency in the use of email and building system applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively, understand and follow instructions, read and comprehend equipment manuals; utilize and maintain hand tools and building equipment safely; operate industrial-type cleaning equipment.
