Maintenance Supervisor

At Indigo Real Estate, we attribute much of our properties' successes to the strengths of our team members and we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is enthusiastic about customer service and driven to succeed.

• Supervise all maintenance of the physical condition and appearance of the property, including grounds, internal, and exterior.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage overall maintenance operations, including curb appeal, timely work‑request service, quality turnover/make‑ready schedule, and cost‑effective inventory control and ordering.
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
• Generate and manage an effective on‑call schedule and perform emergency maintenance after hours as required.
• Assist and lead punch list activities for vacated units, ensuring units are move‑in ready according to company/ownership standards and re‑inspecting after make‑ready to confirm quality.
• Obtain bids and negotiate prices with vendors and contractors.
• Manage and maintain all contracts and warranties, and diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair promptly and professionally.
• Provide ongoing training and leadership to maintenance staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent (BA preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in high‑rise or mid‑rise apartment buildings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize numerous requests.
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software.
• Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Salary: $32 - $38 per hour
