Hotel Maintenance Technician- Overnight shift

Job Title:

Overnight Maintenance Engineer at Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue, an Inter Continental Hotel – a global luxury brand.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, and air-conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records as required by company policy and procedures and maintain logs of completed tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports as requested by supervisors in a timely manner.

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout the shift.
• Lift ability of up to 50 lbs.

$27.00 – $28.00 per hour.
