Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician – Trainee

We’re looking for motivated individuals with no experience required to start a rewarding career repairing minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles. This trainee position includes paid training, travel, lodging, and meals in July or August classes in St.Louis. After training, you’ll earn an hourly rate and uncapped commission as you build your customer base. Long‑term earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• No experience necessary – we provide full paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).

Compensation: starting rate $22.05 per hour. Additional compensation includes an hourly rate plus commission after training, growing with performance.
