Townhouse Cleaning Lynnwood

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented housekeeper to support the upkeep of a multi‑bedroom home. The role focuses on routine housekeeping tasks, with occasional deep cleaning and special projects.

• Light tidying and organizing of rooms
• Putting items away and resetting rooms
• Folding laundry and laundering (washing, drying, folding, and optional pressing)
• Changing bed sheets and rotating mattresses
• Kitchen cleaning: washing dishes, wiping surfaces, and occasional meal prep
• Bathroom cleaning: wiping surfaces, disinfecting showers and tubs, and washing windows inside/outside
• General household spring cleaning tasks (refrigerator, floors, and deep cleaning of bathrooms)
• Organizing closets, drawers, playrooms, and garage spaces
• Assist with light meal prep and family meal support as needed

• Typically 2–3 hours per visit, twice a week (flexible days/times)
• Options: 2 hours 5× week, 3 hours 3× week, or 4 hours 2× week
• Occasional deep‑cleaning sessions or special projects upon request

• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and performs tasks efficiently
• Experience in residential housekeeping preferred
• Comfortable working around children and pets (one dog, two cats)
