Maintenance​/Cleaning Tester, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Alstom is committed to delivering greener and smarter mobility worldwide. We have been awarded a contract to design, manufacture and maintain 246 new railcars for the Western Australia Railcar Program, and 6 DMU railcars for the Australind service between Perth and Bunbury.

• Perform fault diagnosis, identification and rectification on vehicle systems.
• Assist in identifying and producing vehicle modification programs to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Conduct post‑work testing and validation as necessary.
• Update the Maintenance Management System with all work performed.
• Support train movements and other depot tasks as required.

• Proactive approach with effective time‑management skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, diagnosing and repair.
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• Current WA Electrical Licence.
• Availability for occasional night and afternoon shifts.
