Different schedules offered. We will discuss options  staffed technicians, over half of them are a Class A (Master) or Class B and have years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.

Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive repair experience-Required We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Flat rate pay range for this role is $32-$40 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
