Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.
7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
- Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Document services completed and review findings with advisors
- Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality expertise
- Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
- ASE certifications (ideal but not required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience as a technician (Toyota brand experience is preferred but not a requirement).
- Motivated to grow with this team through manufacturer training
