The City of Bellevue seeks a Facility Operations Specialist to maintain and improve 12+ city facilities, including City Hall and Fire Stations. You will plan, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, coordinate renovations with contractors, and support after-hours emergencies as needed.
Required are a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years in commercial facility maintenance, with a valid WA driver’s license. Strong safety and customer-service skills are essential.
