Pay starts at $38 flat rate or above depending on experience.

To be discussed s position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor.

We are the highest volume Toyota dealer in the Pacific Northwest, lots of flaggable hours available! 6,000 repair orders on average completed each month! Michael's Toyota of Bellevue started as a family-owned dealership in Bellevue, Washington, with over 45 years in business. Over 50 technicians employed and 90 bays available in our clean and organized shop! We provide all Toyota Manufacturer specialty tools including laptops and diagnostic software.

We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (we do not provide hand tools). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians. Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Shop pays for MFG training both on site and off premise including:

We will consider A and B level technicians with an established career in automotive.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Prior automotive repair experience required.
• We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
