Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and windowsills
- Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs
- Provide courteous interactions with guests and the public
- Maintain organized and stocked janitorial supply areas
- Follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, retail, commercial, or office cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift

This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
