About The Position

NC Machinery Grand Opening is coming to Bellingham, Washington! We’re excited to open a new location and are ready to grow our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team launching a new location for NC Machinery. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people, to work in our Bellingham location.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.
Serve customers in person or over the phone.
Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Schedule timely delivery and pick‑up of equipment, preventive maintenance, and repair.
Complete required paperwork, log and input data, and reconcile inventory assets.
Represent the company professionally by continuing industry education, attending required meetings, coordinating with member companies, departments, and fellow employees, maintaining cleanliness and proper attire, and communicating effectively.
Promote and adhere to strict safety standards and company values: teamwork, customer focus, commitment, respect, sense of urgency, integrity, and safety.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office, DBS, construction equipment knowledge, and general office equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
Valid state driver’s license.
