- Monday 8:30am-5:00pm, mandatory safety meetings once per month at 8:00am.
Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour;
Part‑Time (Pay‑Per‑Job).
Tips: 100% paid to employees.

We are looking for a professional mover. The position is labor‑intensive, requires meeting your team at varying locations, and maintaining an inventory of moving equipment.

We’re a small, locally owned, high‑end moving labor service based in Bellingham, WA. We’ve built our reputation on dependability, quality, efficiency, and friendly, professional customer service.

Ideal mover: open‑minded, eager to learn, creative, planner, mediator, team collaborator, emotionally intelligent, and physically strong.

• Follow safety standards
• Coordinate with a team to complete jobs at multiple locations
• Move boxes, furniture, etc. Requires lifting, carrying, climbing, descending stairs, using hand trucks
• Furniture assembly and disassembly
• Packing (Residential and Commercial)
• Secure cargo using rope, ratchet straps, blankets
• Basic customer service and communication

• 1 year or more of general labor experience
• Strong spatial awareness
• Consistent communication
• Basic time management skills
• Friendly and professional customer service
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Organization (keeping track of tools and supplies)
• Creative problem‑solving skills

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 125 lbs repeatedly over varying surfaces, grades, and distances for up to 8 hours daily
• Must be able to bend, squat, reach overhead frequently
• Must communicate effectively in a loud, fast‑paced environment
• Must wear company provided uniform
• Must have reliable transportation and be dependable & punctual
• Must work outside in inclement weather
• Must have a mobile device with an active data plan, phone number with voicemail, GPS, Bluetooth & Wi‑Fi connectivity
• Must carry and maintain some moving equipment
• Must have own vehicle, valid WA driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of current vehicle insurance meeting Washington state minimums

Portions of Whatcom, Skagit, Island, & Snohomish Counties (see (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).)

Part‑time, permanent. Hours fluctuate based on moving trends: increase in Summer & Fall, decrease in Winter & Spring.
