Housekeeper; Part-Time

About the Role

Part‑Time Housekeeper is an essential team member who maintains overall appeal of the apartment community while displaying a warm, friendly personality.

• Perform daily property walks to keep the property looking clean and tidy.
• Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Respond to resident and staff needs promptly; communicate updates and escort issues to appropriate parties.
• Follow all safety and OSHA requirements; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar position.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
