Mt. Baker Ski Area, Inc. is seeking an Employee Lodge Caretaker to assist with the daily operation and living environment of the Employee Lodge. You will monitor lodge operations, support residents, and complete routine maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Successful candidates will work independently, remain on-site overnight during on-call shifts, and contribute to a positive living environment for all employees living at the mountain.
This position requires a commitment to excellence in service and environmental sustainability.
