Building Maintenance Lead

Bellingham Technical College seeks a Building Maintenance Lead II to oversee daily maintenance, repair, and operation of campus facilities. This role plans and assigns work to maintenance staff, troubleshoots building systems, and coordinates preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. The Lead partners with campus departments to support instructional spaces and labs, ensures safety and code compliance, and manages vendors and work orders.
