Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a skilled Maintenance Technician for a well-established company in Bellingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking to join a growing organization and make an immediate impact.

Location:

Bellingham, WA

Pay: $35.00-$40.00/HR, Depending On Experience

-Prioritize, organize, and oversee the maintenance and care of all company-owned properties and grounds.

-Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.

-Coordinate and manage contracted services, including electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and other property maintenance needs.

-Maintain accurate records and reports related to work orders, project schedules, job costs, materials used, and completed work.

-Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance history.

-Monitor ongoing projects and ensure work is completed on schedule and to company standards.

-Conduct routine property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance.

-Pressure wash sidewalks and common areas as needed.

-Perform grounds maintenance, including weed removal and general upkeep.

-Replace batteries and assist with maintenance of security systems.

-Perform other duties as assigned.
