Douglas Press, Inc., a specialty manufacturer located north of the 25th Avenue exit of the Eisenhower Expressway in Bellwood, Illinois, west of downtown Chicago, produces gaming tickets and Bingo cards marketed nationally. Our air‑conditioned facility operates in a fast‑paced environment that requires a high degree of accuracy and quality consciousness.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Bindery Machine Operator. The role requires prior experience operating ink‑jet printing equipment, machine collating, die‑cutting and guillotine paper cutters. The candidate must be able to produce a quality product, lift up to 35 lbs, read production orders, and complete required paperwork.
- Operate ink‑jet printing machinery;
- Perform machine collating, die‑cutting, and guillotine paper cutting operations;
- Ensure product quality and accuracy;
- Lift up to 35 lbs and handle production orders;
- Complete necessary production paperwork;
- Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Job Type: Full‑time
