Job Overview

Reliance Home Health Caregivers is looking for immediate hires for licensed nurses (RN/LPN) to provide 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for a 2‑year‑old male G‑tube patient in Bellwood, IL. Positions are available for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts 8 AM‑4 PM Monday‑Friday.

• Flexible hours/scheduling: 8, 10, 12 or 16‑hour shifts (employee’s choice)
• Competitive pay: $36‑$47 per hour, depending on experience (RN $47, LPN $38)
• Training available for pediatrics, home health, and other skills
• PPE provided for COVID‑19 considerations

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience as an RN or LPN
• Valid CPR card
• Ability to care for pediatric patients with medical equipment such as G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators (pediatric experience preferred but not required)

Full‑time, part‑time.
