Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking a hardworking, dependable Custodian/Porter to join our team and help maintain the pristine appearance of our beautiful, modern apartment community in Belmont, CA - Artisan Crossing. In this essential role, you will take ownership of the property’s curb appeal, ensuring our community provides an inviting, high-quality lifestyle for our residents.

You will be responsible for the daily upkeep of all exterior common areas, including pool spaces, stairways, carports, laundry rooms, models, and leasing offices. Your day-to-day will also involve specialized maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, power washing, and operating backpack blowers. Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Fridays and Saturdays off)

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance/custodial experience in multifamily property management
• Experience with Real Page, Happy Co, Yardi, or other property management systems are a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, and crawl in confined spaces
• Must be able to lift or maneuver up to 25 lbs. independently and 50 lbs. with assistance
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Occasional travel to nearby properties or training sessions may be required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
